Create a "wizard" style creation flow for custom bots

Instead of defining everything in one form, we can break out the process into smaller chunks, where one example can be defined at a time with less overhead, allowing for more frequent saves. It can show the last save below the editor for reference, so still showing everything in one page (similar to raw prompt in unified)
